• If there is suspicion of money laundering or any other unlawful activity.

3.1 Deposit Rules

To deposit funds into an account, the user must use a bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account registered in their own name. Deposits through third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. For bank transfers, transfers from major commercial banks in Bangladesh (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, etc.) are accepted. 3.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, the verification process or other administrative reasons may cause delays. 4.1 Welcome Bonus

33bed offers new members a welcome bonus of up to 150% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Depositing ৳8,000 or more earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳13,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to every bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. For example, for a ৳1,500 bonus, a total of ৳37,500 must be wagered before the bonus becomes withdrawable (৳1,500 × 25).

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus is awarded only once per account.
• Violating bonus rules may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Completing the wagering requirement is mandatory before withdrawing funds earned from a bonus.
• Any attempt to claim a bonus through fraudulent means will result in account closure.
• 33bed reserves the right to modify or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time.

5.1 Fair Play Policy
